Riding on the

strength of SEPC
and BVP and the
technical
expertise of
SEPC, OGPL has
embarked upon an ambitious plan of
building capacities to the tune of 500
MW across various sections in the
renewable energy space within the next
five years. |

OGPL plans to
build capacities
by Greenfield
projects and
acquisition of
assets/licenses.
Within one year
of
incorporation,
OGPL has
identified and
is in process of
implementing
216.5 MW of
power generation
capacity from
renewable energy
resources.
Further it is in
active
negotiations for
another 40 MW of
capacity. OGPL
would focus on
all forms of
renewable
energy.
Currently, the
assets of OGPL
comprise of
power plants
based on
Biomass, Wind
Energy plants
and Biogas along
with Small Hydel
plants. The
operating
capacity and
capacity under
development in
