Environmental Health and Safety Policy:
Orient Green Power Company Limited / Subsidiaries of Orient Green Power Company Limited and its employees will fully integrate Environmental Health and Safety excellence into the business of power generation from the renewable sources to achieve superior health and safety performance.

Policy:
OGPL / Subsidiaries of Orient Green Power Company Limited will manage its all power plant operations in accordance with well laid out EH&S Principles and Beliefs, in a manner that controls occupational health and safety risk, protects the environment and the health and safety of employees, customers, contractors, and the public, while fully complying with applicable laws and regulations.

The management philosophy of OGPL will be innovative and entrepreneurial in offering systems and services that return economic value and protect the environment.

These Environmental Health and Safety Principles and Beliefs are intended to guide the actions of OGPL and its employees while they integrate the EH&S philosophy into their day-to-day business activities.

By providing a healthy and safe work environment for all employees and contractors OGPL believes that all incidents are preventable through the application of proper training, planning, knowledge, and resources to identify and control safety risk.

To ensure superior performance, OGPL will provide necessary resources for effective EH&S management and will set and review EH&S objectives and targets, and strive to meet them.

OGPL will regularly review and update its EH&S compliance and performance to develop and advance effective approaches to protect people and the environment.
